Some downsides:
I like to lay back and use dildos on myself, this one is more of a rider. I was able to lay back and use it, but only after loosening up a bit.
The balls have a weird square seam along the sides where they obviously attached them. More of an aesthetic thing, not a big deal.
Also, the suction cup isn’t great because this thing is so long and heavy.
