Return Conditions

  1. You may contact us within 3 days of receiving the item if you are not satisfied.

  2. Returns are only accepted for items in unused condition with original packaging intact—unused, unaltered, and undamaged.

  3. Returns shipped without prior confirmation from customer service will not be accepted.

  4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) returns are not accepted.

  5. Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and verified by our warehouse to be in resalable condition.

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service to indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Returns may only proceed after confirmation from support.

  2. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by customer service.

  3. Provide a valid tracking number or link within 48 hours after shipping.

  4. Once the returned package is received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Refund Details

  • After the returned item is confirmed by our warehouse to be eligible for resale, customer service will proceed with your refund.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product, please do not remove any tag and keep the original packaging in the same condition. Our Customer Service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to confirm its condition and further assist you with the procedures.

You can return your order within 48 hours of receiving it In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions: The item(s) must be unworn, not-used, in the same condition that you received it and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason. The item(s) must also not smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way. All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
