Returns are only accepted for items in unused condition with original packaging intact—unused, unaltered, and undamaged.

Returns shipped without prior confirmation from customer service will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) returns are not accepted.
